Privacy Policy
Rotarium processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679). This page summarises what we collect and why.
Data we collect
- Newsletter subscribers: email address and timestamp, stored to deliver the weekly newsletter and only for that purpose.
- Advisory enquiries: name, email, subject and message you submit through the contact form.
- Aggregate, non-identifying request logs kept for security and reliability, retained for a maximum of 30 days.
Legal basis
Newsletter processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Advisory enquiries are processed to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Security logs rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining a safe service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Advisory enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Contact us at privacy@rotarium.eu to exercise any of these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Cookies and analytics
Rotarium does not use advertising cookies. Any analytics we deploy is limited to aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.

All content on this site is provided for informational purposes. Rotarium indices, reports and advisory outputs are the result of independent analysis and are not investment advice. Reproduction or redistribution requires prior written consent.
Disclosures
Rotarium does not hold inventory, does not take commissions from sellers, and does not receive payment from any marketplace, auction house or dealer whose data we ingest. Advisory clients pay Rotarium directly.
